All Elephant Dung Products, Saa Paper Products, Art, and Thai boxes are shipped by USPS. Quite often we ship by Priority Mail. Other products are shipped by UPS or FedEx.

Errors in Ordering:
RainbowGifts-USA is not responsible for errors or omissions
relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a
pricing error we will contact you with the corrected pricing. If payment has
been made we will make the adjustments.
Cancellation of Orders:
Orders can be cancelled only before it is processed to the
shipping facility. Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Returned Check Policy: The customer is responsible for all returned checks to the
amount of the check/order plus $25.00. If payment is not made by credit
card, cash, or money order within 10 days a collection agency will be assigned
the matter.
Substitutions of Product: We will make every effort to order the exact product for our customers. Normally, if there is a delay in shipping we will notify you immediately and let you decide what to do. We do, however, reserve the right to update model designs whenever these changes represent an equal or better value. Products may vary slightly in colors represented online due to many variables.

Sorry you have had problems with ordering. Unfortunately it does happen occasionally. Please see below for some of the reasons.
1. The shopper has cookies disabled in their browser.
2. The shopper is connected to the net with a proxy server that changes their IP address while they are still connected to the net.3. AOL upgrades their browser and services from time to time and sometimes this creates problems for unsuspecting AOL subscribers who like to shop online. The problem is that AOL forces their subscribers to share IP addresses and AOL provides browsers that have cookies disabled by default. Many AOL subscribers are not aware that they have browsers with cookies disabled.
4. The shopper has installed anti-virus software that interferes with the shopping cart operation.
5. The shopper has a pop-up blocker that stops the proper operation of this shopping cart.
6. Microsoft released a bulletin entitled "Some Web Site Services Do Not Work after you upgrade to Internet Explorer 6. It has to do with your browser's cookie settings.
7. It is completely our fault and there is nothing you could have done differently.
In any case, you can solve your problem to numbers 1 through 4 above by changing your settings, disabling blockers or virus software, turning your computer off and back on, and reattempting to the order. Or, the simple solution is to just write us.
If you have a preference in color for what you order you may put it in the remarks of the order and we will try to accommodate. However, we make no guarantees that your requested color is in stock.
